How do I cancel auto-renewal of my premium subscription?

50more Premium Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the then-current regular rate when your term is over. For information on when your subscription term ends and if your subscription is due to auto-renew, please go to Premium Account.
 

To cancel your premium subscription's auto-renew:

If you paid with a credit/debit card, PayPal:

On web: please go to Premium Account. You can get to this section by clicking your profile photo in the top righthand corner of the navigation menu and selecting Premium Membership from the dropdown. If your subscription is scheduled to auto-renew, you should see a button that says "Cancel Auto-Renew". Please click that button and follow any necessary steps until you receive cancellation confirmation. You should also receive a cancellation confirmation email. This should only take a minute.

On app: please tap your profile photo in the bottom navigation menu and then tap the gear icon in the top righthand corner. From there, please tap Premium Membership. If your subscription is scheduled to auto-renew, you should see a button that says "Cancel Auto-Renew". Please click that button and follow any necessary steps until you receive cancellation confirmation. You should also receive a cancellation confirmation email. This should only take a minute.
 

If you paid through your Apple iTunes Account on the iPhone app, please follow Apple's instructions to cancel.

If you're having trouble canceling your iTunes subscription to 50more, we are unfortunately not able to assist our customers directly since Apple has asked that their customers cancel their membership subscription directly through them.
